I had a great stay in this hotel. From caring staff to large room, everything in there shiny new. Wellness area in basement great, sauna on everyday. Great breakfast buffet with anything one might want. Definitely recommendable!

Efficient staff and complimentary daily bottled water.
The air conditioning system was completely disconnected, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. I faced difficulties with my key cards, which didn't work multiple times. The limited room service options were disappointing, especially when the coffee machine was out of order.

Our room was outstanding, the bed extremely comfortable and breakfast amazing. The first time we stayed at the hotel breakfast was not included which I mentioned in my last review. I was very please to see that breakfast is now included in the price. It was a very pleasant staying highly recommended.

The place was perfect at the heart of city but very quiet at the same time.
there was not any internet service available to us in the lobby and there is no lobby. breakfast was not what I expected.

Breakfast that Sets the Bar
Woke up every morning to a sumptuous breakfast spread- the highlight of my stay! The staff was cute, and the hotel's historical charm made it a delight.
I faced issues with the air conditioning was great. The confined spaces on the top floor also took some getting used to.

The location to the Lanexess arena was the main reason for staying - ideal location. Incredibly friendly, accommodating staff, beds were really comfortable. The evening bartender was very professional and made wonderful cocktails.

Fairly clean, attractive hotel with really kind and good staff at reception desk. Marvellous location in the centre of Cologne within minutes, functional style building. Just off a short taxi, Rhein river and a Metro.

We enjoyed a good stay with our kids and nephew at this well-located hotel, just a short walk to the Rheinboulevard. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of fresh options to start our days off right.
In my wife's opinion, room spaces could be more family-friendly.

The entrance has no ramp, making it difficult for disabled people or people with heavy -trolleys to come up to the reception. Also, no explicit signs for the Dinner Hall are given. The receptionist insisted in speaking to me in english even though my german is way more fluent.
